Items that can be embroidered

Embroidery may be applied to solid tops, jackets, and lab coats.

Promotional offers

Promotional offers cannot be applied to embroidery costs.

Available fonts

We offer two font styles: Block and Script, with a standard font approximate size of 3-4 inch.

Preview of embroidery selections before submitting an order

For text, you may see a screen preview of the font style and color when entering your information.

For custom logos, you'll receive a digitized file preview by email  within 3-5 business days after placing your order. You'll have the  opportunity to review it and request any changes before giving final  approval for processing.

Limit to the number of characters or words that can be embroidered on the scrubs

You can add up to two lines of text that can be  embroidered on the scrubs. For the best embroidery results, there is a  limit of 20 characters per line.

Lettering Dimensions: Maximum letter height is 0.75″ and maximum line width is 4.9″.

Logo or specific design that embroidered on the scrubs

Upload your own design file. Uploaded logos must be original artwork and not photos taken of the logos. Please be sure it is saved as one of the following extensions: JPG, PNG or EPS.Max file size: 5 MB.

Embroidery cost

Embroidery cost depends on the option you select:

Text embroidery first line is $10.

Each additional text line is $2.50

Logo embroidery is $25 (only up to 3 colors and up to 8,000 stitches).

First-time logo setup fee: $20

Logo digitization fee

This one-time charge of $20 USD covers the process of converting your logo image into a file that can  be used for embroidery.

Once the fee has been paid and your logo has been approved, the logo will remain available through your account for future embroidery orders. You will not need to pay the digitization fee again to reuse the same logo.

Please note that while the digitization fee is only charged once, embroidery charges still apply to each item added to future orders.

Please note: you will need to create an account with us in order to save your logo for future use. Without creating an account your digitized logo will not be saved and you will be charged again in the future orders.

Return of embroidered items

Because embroidered items are custom-made just for you, we're unable to accept  returns on them. We appreciate your understanding!

Embroidery processing time
If ONLY text is selected, it will take 3-7 business days to be shipped. 
Orders with embroidered logo will take up to 2 additional weeks to ship. Please keep in mind, embroidered items are FINAL SALE meaning they cannot be exchanged or returned.
